Junior Sous - 5 Star Hotel
We are currently on the search for a passionate and dedicated Junior Sous to join this luxury hotels established kitchen brigade. As Junior Sous you will assist the Head Chef and team and take ownership in ensuring that the presentation, taste, texture and quantity are maintained to the standards laid out by the hotel.

Set on 365 acres of land, this five-star award winning hotel is beautifully periodic, boasting history dating back to 1666. The hotel mitted to delivering hospitality to the highest standards. This stunning Relais and Chateaux property has two restaurants, a beautiful spa and much more!

The successful Junior Sous will receive the following:

The successful Junior Sous will have:
Experience working in a 5* hotel environment.Experience as a Junior Sous in a professional kitchenExperience in working at at Rosette levelsomeone striving to push for the best at all timesgreat eye for presentation and standardsAll candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
