We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join the brigade under a renowned Head Chef to produce 3 AA Rosette dishes. The kitchen constantly strives to develop their ideas, taking inspiration from the best produce on offer.
The Place
Our client is a luxury 5-star hotel on the outskirts of Newbury which has a rich heritage of culinary excellence and classical cookery, delivering high standards of world-class cuisine. The hotel has a 3 AA Rosette restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner service, along with casual dining in the lounge bar and afternoon tea offering.

Experience in a Michelin/multi rosette venueBe a great communicator with a dynamic approachImpeccable standards with a passion for the best produceAs the hotel is located on the outskirts of Newbury, having your own reliable means of transport to this area will be essentialAll candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
