We are currently looking for a Commis Chef to join the brigade under a renowned Head Chef to produce 3 AA Rosette dishes. The kitchen constantly strives to develop their ideas, taking inspiration from the best produce on offer.

Our client is a luxury 5-star hotel on the outskirts of Newbury which has a rich heritage of culinary excellence and classical cookery, delivering high standards of world-class cuisine. The hotel has a 3 AA Rosette restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner service, along with casual dining in the lounge bar and afternoon tea offering.

The ideal Commis Chef will have the following:
Experience in a Michelin/multi rosette venueBe a great communicator with a dynamic approachImpeccable standards with a passion for the best produceAs the hotel is located on the outskirts of Newbury, having your own reliale transport is essentialAll candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
