We are currently recruiting for a Commis to join the current team of 18 Chefs creating award winning dishes across a range of fresh menu choices. As Commis Chef you will support your kitchen team, ensuring food quality is consistent and always to standard.

A luxury 5 red star hotel with an award winning spa, two restaurants both with rosettes together with a range of conference and banqueting and private dining rooms.

The ideal Commis will have the following:
Experience and passion for creating rosette standard dishes from fresh local ingredientsAlready be a Commis ChefAbility to work flexible shiftsExperience within a quality hotel kitchen environmentTeam player with an ability and desire to contribute and support junior team members to develop and achieveExcellent eye for detail and able to deliver consistent standardsAll candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
