Inbound Mailroom Administrator GBP20,500 per annum, rising after 3 months Sunderland Permanent staff position Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week - 7:30am 16:30pm (Flexibility may be required) Benefits package including life insurance A number of Mailroom Administrator / Operator opportunities are available within the Digital Operative Team of a leading Sunderland employer, where you will be working for one of Europe s largest outsourcing companies. You will handle large volumes of confidential documents and data, open and sort incoming physical mail or process digital mail to a high service level and achieve agreed SLA. You will have excellent accuracy, close attention to detail and experience working within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Handling incoming post/mail, secure documents and data Processing large volumes of data into various forms and databases Day to day processing, distribution, storage and retrieval of documents and data Printing and scanning relevant documents Inputting data using various IT systems Scanning/photocopying secure data Experience Previous experience in a fast-paced administration-focused environment Excellent attention to detail Comfortable typing at a steady pace Experience of working with various file types including MS Office, excel and outlook Benefits Casual dress Free parking Life insurance On-site parking Schedule Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: Loyalty bonus Please apply with your CV via the apply button
