Our clients are a leading provider of outsourced business solutions and due to growth within the company they are now looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Professional to join the team. Due to the location of the offices, it is essential that all applicants are car drivers. The role of Customer Services Advisor is to assist customers on an inbound call basis with a variety of queries. When you are speaking to customers you are the voice of the company and as such it is essential that you maintain the highest standards of professionalism at all times which reflects on the standards achieved within the business. On average you will deal with 50-60 calls per day and the rest of your day will be filled with the associated administrative tasks, so it is essential that all applicants are well versed with all Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months solid office-based Customer Services experience.
