Our client is successful company based in Gateshead. They are currently in a stage of rapid expansion and are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ecommerce and commercial applications of social media and selling products online. The Job you'll be Doing;
Replying to emails in a friendly and professional mannerHandling any complaints Dealing with customer orders on various channelsDealing with any incoming and outgoing calls Managing purchase orders Managing stock levels and new orders from suppliers Creating listings on multiple channels including the company website, eBay and Amazon Handling customer refunds and returns Providing general administrative assistance Dealing with any other duties as required About You;
Ecommerce experience is desirableHave the ability to multitask and organise yourselfUse clear communication skills and be able to create strong customer relationshipsHave good technical skillsGood knowledge of all Microsoft packagesMust be computer literateBe open to learn and take on feedbackPrevious customer service experience is essential
