We have an exciting position available for a Customer Service Administrator to join an dynamic family-run business based in Falkirk. This company offers a range of professional coffee machines for offices, restaurants, cafes and businesses throughout the UK. This is a full time and permanent position to join a small and friendly team. As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the sales and customer service teams. Responsibilities: Co-ordinating calls & responses being company ambassador. Assisting with handling inbound calls Input orders accurately into the system using CRM Orders come from telephone calls, online and from Sales staff and should be followed up on time. Uploading accurate Customer Information to Sheets; Records on CRM ensuring all information is up to date as well as filing and any ad hoc administration tasks Co-ordinating incoming sales enquiries & recording all sales activity in the Team. Ensuring proper follow through at all stages i.e: enquiry; quotes; follow-up; responses & orders. After machine installation follow up, to ensure Customer Satisfaction Cross-Selling of products Training arranging and diarising, selling training as appropriate. Work to nurture existing customer relationships through organised follow-up coupled with cross and up-selling to increase sales and customer retention. Contacting Inactive Customers to get them back as clients checking their data and input to CRM Arrange appointments for sales team ensuring effective planning of schedules. Requirements Customer service and customer handling skills Undertaking out-going calls to potential clients Telephone answering and telesales/marketing experience IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM or similar. Experience of Accounts system an advantage but not essential. Be an excellent team player. Will have a positive, friendly manner and be an excellent communicator. Have a customer centred, problem solving and flexible approach. Instinctively realise the paramount need to work as consciously part of a Team. Highly organised with an eye for detail. Be a good timekeeper able to work to deadlines and completing tasks. Benefits Salary GBP24,000 - GBP27,500 (Depending on experience) Hours: 8.00- 4.30pm or 8.30am- 5pm (negotiable)
