Experienced Chef- Seasonal Position
We are currently looking for an experienced Chef to run the kitchen at this boutique hotel in St Marys on the Scilly Isles for the Summer season. You will be the only chef in the kitchen working 42-45 hours over 6 days with every Sunday off. As the Chef you will cook the Breakfast for around 29 people and also prepare the dinner for between 18-22 covers per evening.

A lovely hotel with 12 en suite rooms right on the beach with spectacular Sea & harbour Views. They are close to the quay for island boating, the town for pubs, shops, restaurants & St Mary's beautiful sandy beaches.

The Person
The successful chef will have the following:
Experience as a chef in a professional kitchenHappy to prepare meals from scratchConfident to run a small kitchen and service on your ownBe available to commit to the whole season form 25th March -17th OctoberBe able to get yourself to Cornwall in order to travel to the Islandwell travelled and happy on a small island for the seasonreliable and trust worthy with good references.Good working attitude with flexibility to work hours as requiredC&E Recruitment is a specialist hospitality recruitment agency.
