Chef De Partie - Seasonal Position
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef De Partie to work on this beautiful Island for the Summer Season. You will work with a small brigade of chefs in this busy kitchen. Cooking with fresh ingredients, including Cornish and local seafood to serve alongside pub classics like Fish and Chips, Burgers, Pie, etc. At the height of the season they serve about 100-150 covers for each service.
The Place
A pub best known as the UK's most South Westerly pub serving real ales and freshly prepared meals at lunch and dinner. The pub is much loved by many returning visitors and also plays its role as the meeting point for the island residents and visitors. They welcome visitors from neighbouring Islands for lunch and dinner.

The successful experienced Chef De Partie will have the following:
