We are currently looking to recruit a passionate Commis chef to work in a beautiful hotel for the summer season. As Commis chef you will support the chefs and the kitchen team during prep and service.
The Place
Our client is a stunning family hotel on the Isles of Scilly. Located on St Mary's Island. The hotel has two award winning restaurants and 38 bedrooms and is a popular holiday destination from March until October.
The Perks

The Person
The ideal Commis Chef will have the following:
Be available to commit to the whole season from the beginning of March 2023- End Oct 2023Be able to get yourself to Cornwall in order to travel to the Island1 years Commis Chef experience in a professional kitchengreat eye for detailHotel experience advantageousHappy to work on a small Island for the season until OctoberGood working attitude with flexibility to work hours and shifts as requiredInterviews will be conducted via telephone and ZOOM prior to offers being made
