Disrepair Coordinator (Administration)

Job Title: Disrepair Coordinator - Administration Role
Location: Exeter - Hybrid Working
Sector: Social Housing
Type: Temporary Contract 3 months
Rate: £13.75+ per hour (PAYE including holiday)
Hours: 37 per week Monday - Friday
BRC are working with a reputable Housing Association to recruit a temporary Coordinator to support their disrepair team in managing surveyors diaries, arranging appointments and managing data & updating records.
Job Information:
As part of a busy disrepair team, you will be responsible for making outgoing calls to customers in response to their repair requests and managing the repairs teams' diariesBook in appointments for surveyors to carry out inspections and works in a timely mannerMaintain and update records on computerised systems, logging information and ensuring data and diaries are up to date and information is accurately loggedLiaise and work closely with other teams and support with other administration duties as requiredAct as a point of contact for colleagues and team members, giving guidance and signposting appropriately
Job Information:
