We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Administrator Coordinator to join a dynamic, forward thinking, well established business in Liverpool City Centre. We are looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast–paced environment and has excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail, long with administration experience.
You will provide support to both domestic and international markets, as well as managing day–to–day relationships with accommodation agents and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing both customer, and international accommodation agent enquiries via email, telephone, WhatsApp, and WeChatEnsuring all sales enquiries are responded to and processed within appropriate time–frames; successfully converting general enquiries into salesAssist in managing the sales booking processes, e.g., obtaining applications and documentationGenerating sales reports as and when required and updating our CRM system and company–wide departmentsAssist in the negotiation of marketing fees and commission structures with external accommodation agents, and track agent performanceUpdating accommodation agents of booking availability and prices and support growth in emerging international student marketsLiaising with China office with regards to agent requests, feedback, market trends, competitors, and support with marketing materialsHelp arranging agent visits, live streams, filming etc. with Operations teamsReconciling payments and commissionsReconciling budgets and incentives Key Requirements:
Previous experience within a Sales Admin / Administration role is essentialPrevious experience using booking / CRM systems within a data compliant environmentExperience of working within a similar reservation or administration role, would be preferredStrong attention to detail is requiredExcellent IT skills, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Fluent in mandarin (desirable, not essential)

Previous experience working with international UK accommodation agenciesPrevious experience within Student Accommodation or University sectorA working knowledge of Kinetics and HubSpotAbility to speak additional languages, more specifically Mandarin Benefits:
