Administration & Sales Coordinator

Provide administrative & sales support to Country Manager and Sales team.Assist in routing all incoming/outgoing office correspondence (mails, e-mails, requisitions) and telephone calls of CM to the appropriate office/department, for action.Maintain CM calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements (hotac, tickets, per diem, etc.).Promote high standards of corporate values through correspondence, telephone, and personal contact with internal departments and external customers.Draft meeting agendas & minutes, as necessary, and ensure that action areas are accomplished as discussed.Follow up on barter agreements with Head Office, Sales Office and third party partners. Coordinate courtesy budget with HQ.Coordinate IT requisitions for the UK office.Manage and follow up on UK admin contracts and coordinate with the relevant departments in Head Office.Coordinate HR & Personnel issues with Head OfficeWork on sales promotions, distribution and Groups requests.Attending to BSP queries, raising ADMs / ACMs and analysing BSP reports.Coordinate passenger claims and customer services.
