Experience as a Commis or Demi Chef De Partie either within a restaurant, dining pub or hotelRosette or Michelin star exposureA Fresh food backgroundExperience of overseeing Commis ChefsHappy working on various sectionsLooking for a career in top end diningBe passionate about great food and serviceFlexible to work hours as required All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
