About this client:
Anna is a vivacious, young at heart mature lady with a great sense of humour who enjoys arts and crafts, going to the cinema, church, visits to the seaside and gardening. She is an animal lover and has a cat and Koi fish. She enjoys being active and has a hydro pool in her home and weekly sessions with a personal trainer. As a result of an Acquired Brain Injury, Anna has some physical limitations, cognitive difficulties and behaviours that may challenge including low mood, self-harming, negative speech and hitting out, but this can be managed with gentle persuasion, full training is given. Anna needs 24/7 support and has a wonderful team consisting of a personal trainer, music therapist, psychologist, support workers and a case manager.
Overview of Role:
We are looking for a friendly, caring Female* Bank Support Worker to join Anna’s dedicated team to enable her to live as independently as possible. You’ll provide practical, emotional, and holistic support, assisting with all aspects of Anna’s care plan and rehabilitation programme. You will be an advocate for Anna, enabling her to live a fulfilling life and continue to participate in her hobbies; keeping fit, swimming, shopping, walks out, holidays and more. £15.50 gross per hour weekdays, £17.50 gross per hour weekends, Sleeping nights £85.50 weekdays and £95.50 weekends. This is a bank position, so you need some availability for the shifts which are either 24 hours: 7.45am- 8.00am (including a sleeping night), 16 hours: 3.45pm - 8.00am (including a sleeping night) or 8 hours: 7.45am – 4.00pm. 7 days a week.

You will have some availability within the shifts.
