Trainee Arborist - groundsman

Established since 2005, we are a Romsey based tree care company, and we work on trees and hedges in the Romsey/Southampton area.
Opportunity available for a young, energetic, keen individual to join our small team. No previous experience is required but you must have a 'can do' attitude, have common sense and be prepared to work hard as part of a team.
Initial duties include fueling chainsaws/hedge trimmers, dragging branches to the chipper to be chipped, raking and general tidying up.
On the job training will be given to suitable candidate with a view to developing skills in pruning, hedge trimming, chainsaw use, tree climbing using a rope and harness.
Wage to be discussed. This is a self employed/freelance position, not PAYE. Work is 4 days a week, monday to Thursday, occasionally includes friday.
