Start an art rock / dream pop band with me? Vocals, drummer, bassist, keys, brass all wanted

Howdy,
I'm a 29 year old guitarist and songwriter in North East London looking to collaborate with like-minded people to make cool music in a general art rock / dream pop / neo-psychedelia direction.
Favourite albums and artists include: In Rainbows, Unknown Mortal Orchestra II, Febueder, Men I Trust, Can, Holydrug Couple.
I like music that doesn't necessarily rely on verse-chorus-verse, or necessarily last 3 minutes. A vignette approach to tracks could be really fun, along with other less rigid approaches - although I'm not averse to a more traditional song structure here and there.
Check out the link to a demo I whipped up - very roughly and quickly - as I'm keen to get started asap and put at least a couple of nights a week into this project. Ignore the dumb name and photos. The song serves as a very basic example of one of many directions/sounds I like, not necessarily a set-in-stone approach that we'd have to take.
