This Sales Advisor role is a full-time permanent position based in Bristol.
We will consider all ranges of experience; it is your attitude and transferable skills which are important to us. There will be a structured induction programme, to ensure you are provided the knowledge and support to be a success in this Sales Advisor role.

What's involved in this Sales Advisor role?
Interacting with Field Sales and contributing towards action plans for a specific customer portfolios to improve customer satisfaction, increase market share, increase profitability.Using our Customer Relationship Management system to gather and retain key information to support the next call, deepen your relationships, and communicate with the wider team.Responding to customer enquiries by providing prices, product information, quotes, and samples. Also responding to customer complaints and resolving issues by liaising with logistics and credit control to maintain effective customer relationships.Supporting activity of Field Sales in the development of their customer portfolio by pro-actively selling products/services.Processing stock and indent customer orders (received by telephone, fax, and email) and completing administrative processes to ensure the right product is delivered at the right time.Interacting and trading with suppliers for indent orders by providing detailed order information to meet specific customer needs.Maximising customer sales by offering added value options in pricing, services, and mix of customer products.If you experience or an interest in developing skills as a Sales Advisor, Sales Executive, Customer Service Advisor, or Account Manager, apply for this role today!
