The Pay & Reward team supports the RNLI through understanding key reward trends, costing pay and benefit strategies to the organisation, ensuring good value is achieved and that the right people are retained by the RNLI.Some of the benefits- GBP33,582 - GBP39,508 (dependent on experience)- Flexible working- 26 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays- Outstanding pension scheme (contributions of up to 16% of basic salary)- Life assuranceYour RoleAs a Reward Adviser you will focus on the following areas:- Supporting the development and communication of the annual pay review process- Conducting pay & benefit benchmarking, completing salary surveys and gender pay analysis- Managing discretionary payments and benevolent fund applications- Overseeing and supporting the job evaluation process- Engaging, educating and supporting HR colleagues on pay policy and issuesAbout YouYou'll be an effective team player with a pragmatic approach to problem solving and a natural 'win:win' approach to negotiation. With a calm approach to a busy workload, you'll be just as comfortable working with figures as you are explaining complex matters in a straightforward way to your HR colleagues.
