*As a residential property solicitor, you will*
* Join the firm’s residential property department based at their Edgware office
* Undertake a varied caseload built around freehold, leasehold, lease extension, new build, shared ownership, right to buy, bridging finance, remortgage, and transfer of equity matters
* Create a healthy book of business from referrals and recommendations and build upon your business development skills
* Be an integral and supportive member of the team and the firm as a whole
*You will be a residential property solicitor with*
* A minimum of 1 years PQE in residential property. There is no upper limit on this vacancy as the firm has a large and diverse clientele to suit all levels and experiences
* A strong, stable, and successful history in residential property and a genuine love for this area of law
* Fantastic coordination, the drive to succeed and move up within the firm, and the ability to offer first-rate client care across all areas of real estate matters
