Salary is upwards of GBP60K.An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.The successful Residential Property Solicitor will ideally be 5 years PQE+ and will manage a varied caseload that includes freehold, leasehold, Sales and Purchases, New Builds and Shared Ownership from start to finish with admin support which includes secretaries, paralegal and post completion clerk.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor that is looking to move into a partnership role within the next couple of years.
