Resourcing Manager / Recruitment Manager
Maternity Cover starting April 2023
Location: Eton, SL4
Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 (pro-rata), perks & discounts
Glenholme is an award-winning healthcare provider, established for over 30 years. We currently have 20 homes across the UK, with 3 further planned openings in 2023. Our Resourcing Manager is off on maternity leave in May 2023, and we are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join us to continue to drive the Glenholme recruitment performance across our healthcare services increasing employee headcount and retention. This role requires a strategic as well as a hands-on recruitment approach. Whether you are already an internal recruiter or currently working in an agency, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities as the Resourcing Manager / Recruitment Manager;
Line management for the Recruitment & HR team based at the head office in Eton Drive recruitment & candidate experience performance across all our services by ensuring best practice and buy-in with those involved in the hiring process Monitor KPI & SLA performance across the services, identifying areas of improvement and feeding this back to hiring managers Continually promote and embed a consistent approach to recruitment & onboarding processes Manage the ATS system and usage across the services and hiring managers Create and advertise jobs on the ATS and company Allocating resources for services with telephone interviews and onboarding support Attend weekly recruitment meetings with hiring managers and the CEO Prepare and analyse reports on recruitment performance, address shortfalls and how to remedy them Review and recommend improvements to our recruitment processes Experience as a Resourcing Manager / Recruitment Manager;
Experience in high-volume recruitment and ATS Management (experience in care recruitment is not essential) Hands-on recruitment approach Tech savvy and competent use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & ideally Excel Ability to demonstrate a track record in increasing employee headcount and retention As the Resourcing Manager you will be:
