Recruitment Manager -Training

Company UK based recruitment specialaist in permanent recruitment UK and worldwide Location Remote /Leeds Role This is a key senior hire and integral to the ambitious growth plan for a successful Recruitment Company.You will be part of the senior leadership team working in partnership with the CEO. The business is growing fast and beyond target . As such the number of recruiters being hired in various roles now requires a senior recruitment manager to work alongside as a training manager /mentor to support the teams training and personal career plan . You will be hands on and tailor the support of each recruitment consultant depending on their own industry and recruitment experience background . There is currently a mix of trainee recruitment consultants and experienced recruiters /managers with an additional 10 hires planned in q2 2023 .Your role is to support and ensure the team deliver expected results . This role is remote and office based so you must be comfortable with delivering support via video call but also spend time face to face in branch when needed .Some travel will be required so its essential you can drive . Experience This role would suit any proven senior recruitment consultant, managing recruitment consultant or principal recruitment consultant or recruitment manager that has been involved in training and supporting recruitment consultants . Location Home /Remote 3 days a week with approx 2 days in the office .You will be managing your own time and diary. Essential Sales recruitment experience and /or management in a recruitment agency environment. Desirable sector knowledge -professional services permanent recruitment /permanent recruitment ,executive search .
