Morgan Hunt are working with an outstanding College who are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be supporting the Director of HR with various recruitment duties.
Main Duties:
As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for the below:
Advertising job opportunities, sending contracts to new starters and processing compliance check such as right to work documentsMain point of contact for any queries from students, employees and external stakeholdersAssisting with finances and implementing policies as well as health and safety requirements.Updating the CRM system with relevant documents and maintain confidential wit sensitive documents. Requirements:
As a Recruitment Coordinator you must have the below:
Proven experience of processing right to work documents role.Experience of working in Administrator role within further education.Confident in Strong IT ability e.g Microsoft.Strong attention to detail and ability to be proactive.
