My client is seeking a hardworking and reliable Receptionist and Adminsitrator to work in their Totnes office.This role is full time but just a 35 hour week.You will also be part of the wider administration team and be flexible in your approach to general administrative duties along with being the first point of contact for the telephones. We are looking for a real team player with outstanding communication skills to complement the existing team.Job Description:-Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with post.-Welcoming and greeting visitors in a professional manner-Dealing with general admin.-Helping to deal with client billing (this can be taught)-Assisting with other administration as required.Skills:-Confident in the use of computers, with ability to learn new systems.-Desire to provide great customer service to our customers and colleagues.-Highly organised.-Attention to detail essential.-Ability to work within team but also on individual basis.-Flexible approach.Benefits:-Up to 33days Holiday inc.
