Due to a recent success our client is looking for a successful Property Manager who has a drive to succeed as well as a passion for customer service. Ideally you will be already working successfully in a similar role. Property Manager Role & Responsibilities: Liaising with landlords and resolving tenant enquiries and issues Arranging contractors to attend to repairs, maintenance and refurbishments Booking and managing safety inspections Visiting properties to carry out Inventories, Mid Term Inspections and Check Out Reports Booking and chasing of Gas Safety Certificates, EICR'S, PAT tests and other important safety certificates Completing full referencing for prospective tenants Drawing up tenancy and guarantor agreements Work towards targets to achieve office goals Experience required: Previous experience as a Property Manager Knowledge of lettings and property management legislation Strong time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines Good customer service skills A full UK driving license Experience with a Property Management Software System is preferable This is a fantastic opportunity and the successful candidate will receive a very competitive salary package, full training, great commission package & a structured career path.
