I teach private yoga classes, online and in London, to help you release your tensions. These sessions are gentle, inspired from somatic practices, and I adapt to any age, body shape or level.
My name is Eline, I am a professional dancer and yoga teacher. The body fascinates me, and I am always looking for new ways to undo body tensions and pains, to create the sense of ease and freedom through gentle movement, yoga poses and breathing. Yoga helped me transform my body, but also feel really good and confident in my own skin. This is why I feel strongly about sharing this practice.
Don't hesitate to share any question, so I can direct you towards the best practice for your needs.
The class starts at £60 for an hour session at your place, if in London SE1.
