You will be dealing with key administrative tasks including booking client appointment, filing and case management, together with preparing legal documents, assisting clients (in person and via telephone). You will also be audio typing, dealing with emails and other duties as required. This opportunity is being offered on a part–time basis (3 or 4 days per week).THE CANDIDATE:As an experienced legal secretary, you will have a background of working within a private client department and be familiar with the processes and terminology used. You will be able to work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail, together with being able to communicate effectively both with clients and team members to ensure the highest standard of support is delivered.
