Role: Private PA
Days – Monday - Friday
Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm (with flexibility)
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 GPA
Location: Knightsbridge
Start: ASAP
This is an exciting role for a Private PA to support a mega family based in Mayfair. You will work alongside the Chief of Staff to support him and the family with traditional PA duties. Anything from locating a lost piece of luggage to booking tickets or carrying out travel research. There will be some household admin duties from managing the wardrobe inventory and creating new inventories.
You must be able to take direction, manage your workload effectively and be very good municating your progress with the projects you are working on etc. This Private PA role would be ideal for a reliable, confident, flexible PA who is a task rabbit and is very organised with great admin skills!
The family are happy for the PA to be work remotely occasionally but they should be able to visit the property and office from Monday to Friday. The family can be flexible with the hours but would like to flexibility in return to be contacted out of hours if there is an emergency.

To be considered for this role you must;
Have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Private PA within the family home
Have a valid passport
Be eligible to work in the UK
Have excellent contactable references
