Hunter AHP Resourcing have an amazing locum opportunity for Band 5/6 ACT to join an NHS hospital service in Bedfordshire.
Our client is currently seeking a Band 5/6 Pharmacy Technician with an accuracy checking accreditation to join their inpatients team on an immediate basis, working 5 days per week, for at least 3 months.
The clinical duties will be checking in the dispensary - hospital experience is desired but not mandatory so please get in touch if you are looking to get into the NHS as this is the role for you!
Rates will be dictated by the level of experience you have, band 4 will be if you are ACT accredited but do not have hospital experience, band 5 will be hospital experience with ACT accreditation and band 6 will be significant hospital experience (2 years+) with ACT accreditation.
This locum role is due to start immediately, with a working pattern of Monday - Friday, 5 days per week, 9am - 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch. Part time will also be considered!
The contract lengths of this role will be for at least 3 months, with a high likelihood for this to extend. There may possibly be the option to take on a permanent position at the end of the contract here for the right applicant.The service is based in Bedfordshire with accessible public transport links, such as a train station near to the hospital with a short walk to the bus station, where frequent bus services run to and from the hospital. Their is also parking available on the site for staff.
Pay rate for this role will depend on your prior experience.
- GBP16-GBP25 per hour (depending on banding)
