Personal Assistant – Fashion Showroom

Are you a Personal Assistant looking for a new role? This is a very broad exciting role wanting someone who can multitask and is not afraid to roll their sleeves up.
This exciting role as a PA will act as the main support to the Founder. It's a busy fashion showroom that sells some of the most well–known luxury brands. You will be required to do various general administrative tasks supporting purchasing, IT coordination, HR, and, reporting to the Owner.
The ideal candidate will be positive in character and comfortable reporting to the Founder. They will be detail–oriented, organized, and able to collaborate effectively with other team members.
Key Responsibilities include:
Able to support the wholesale department and MD taking accurate notes and sales and order confirmations.Helping chase invoices from time to time and even raising them too.Managing the diary of one person plus general company email in–boxes and forwarding/archiving appropriate emails following company protocol.Responsible for the company budgets covering repairs & Maintenance, Cleaning, Refuse & Recycling Collection, Health & Safety, travel costs, staff entertaining & refreshments – under the agreed direction of management.Taking Minutes for meetings Skills and experience required:
Excellent Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office requiredKnowledge of the Luxury or creative sector is a mustBackground in Office Management, PA would be helpfulA positive and practical attitude suitable for a small but very busy officeBeing able to take minutes If you are looking for an exciting new challenge and meet the criteria set out above then please apply now.
