Payroll Administrator - Belfast

Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a reputable & well–established firm that deliver back office software and solutions to clients in the Belfast area who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join their team.
As a Payroll Adminstrator, you'll be:
Working within a larger team to ensure accurate and timely in–house payroll production for various clientsProviding excellent customer serviceSupporting end–to–end PayrollMaintaining working knowledge and understanding of current statutory regulation This role will be varied over numerous clients with the main focus on client relationships and customer care. You'll be doing month end & year–end returns & balancing and performing manual calculations as & when required.
You'll require:
Knowledge of statutory & legislative regulationsAbility to communicate at all levelsUnderstand the payroll deadlines & requirementsClear & concise communication, both written & verbal Ability to work on own & within part of a teamKnowledge of UK Tax legislation Desirable skills and attributes:
You will have had previous payroll experienceA keen eye for detailEnjoy working within a teamPersonable and keen candidate with a positive outlookAbility to supervise in managers absenceExcellent communicator as you will be answering queriesMust have strong ExcelCIPP Payroll qualification or be willing to attainAt least two years knowledge of working in a multi frequency payroll environment This role will provide the opportunity to develop your career and learn from a team of Payroll professionals.
