PA/Admin Assistant Internship NEEDED IMMEDIATE START WORKING FROM HOME

• Writing and dispatching routine or straightforward emails
• Answering general queries by telephone
• Photocopying documents• Sorting and opening post
• Obtaining information from the computer
• Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
• Ordering stationery
• Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.• Maintain office files
• Open and distribute the mail
• Coordinate repairs to office equipment
• Maintain confidential records and files
• Process payments
Conduct interviews
• Arrange interviews
• Greet and assist visitors
• Answer Phone calls
• Direct calls and respond to inquiriesPerform other related duties as requiredPersonal Qualities
• Forward thinking and anticipates requirements.
• Has the confidence to be proactive and complete matters arising before being instructed to do so. Communicates face to face as much as possible rather than via email. Uses non verbal behaviour to promote open communication.
• Adept at overcoming barriers to completing tasks. Takes ownership of issues, either finding a solution or seeking advice where necessary. Seeks to remove barriers that prevent the Operations Director from focusing on productive work, eg by undertaking administrative processes.
• Able to handle disgruntled clients or colleagues appropriately and professionally, suggesting solutions to their issues or escalating where appropriate.
6 month Internship
Regular pay starts after internship (hourly)
