The office administrator is a supportive force in each of these areas, and we are currently seeking someone on a temporary basis to cover maternity. The ideal candidate for the role is a flexible problem-solver who has superb communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset. This person should have experience thriving in an administrative role.
Responsibilities
General administration duties
Answering and directing all incoming calls
Typing Letters and Reports.
Diary Management and logistics.
Prepare and send invoices.
Monitor emails.
Update and maintain all databases.
Required skills and qualifications
· 2+ Years’ Experience working in a similar role
· GCSE Maths and English Grade C and above
· Proactive and the ability to work independently with limited supervision
· Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
