What we are looking for We are seeking motivated, talented nursery management staff to be a part of our continued growth and success. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and cultivate in a beautiful brand-new setting in Clapham. The successful candidate will work alongside the Nursery Manager to promote the aims and objectives of the nursery and together be leaders in achieving outstanding childcare. A strong positive role model and be able to motivate staff A relevant childcare qualification, level 3 or above or equivalent Track record of involvement in Ofsted Inspections Strong knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) An excellent understanding of safeguarding / knowledge of child protection procedures Good communication skills, approachable, confident, and caring with a passion for working with children Excellent team player The role is full time, working over 5 days. This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check
