Music Rehearsal Room share in Manor House - Band/drummers/musicians wanted

Hi,
We have a studio/rehearsal room on a permanent let in the Manor House/Finsbury park area and have various slots available every week - weekday evenings and some weekend slots.
We're looking for a trustworthy band or drummer/songwriter to share the space. We operate on a 2 month minimum contract as a trial, then a rolling monthly contract if all goes well on both sides. Rentals work on the basis of regular weekly slots with monthly payments and deposit up front.
Full backline is provided: Pearl Drum Kit (bring your own snare and brass), solid state Laney guitar amp, Ashdown bass rig and good vocal PA.
Lockable storage space is provided within the room for amps, guitars and drummers' breakables.
