Rehearsal/Recording Space Suitable for Acoustic Drums, Bands.

Hello
I am a professional multi-instrumentalist seeking secure space that would be suitable for installing my 24 track recording studio. Once installed, I will be using the space for recording and rehearsals with live bands. Principally though, I am concerned with playing and recording my own live, acoustic kit drums.
I need either a professionally soundproofed space, or somewhere non-residential without sound restrictions during reasonable hours.
I would prefer two adjacent rooms, one to function as the control room (minimum 3m x 3m), the other to function as the live room (minimum 4m x 4m).
Could happily work with both in one room, provided it is large enough to accommodate both functions, (ie 5m x 5m or larger).
I am seeking a long term let.
The space needs to be secure, preferably with reliable broadband for CCTV.
Please, no dilapidated or otherwise insecure and unsuitable rooms, thanks.
BN1 area preferred, anywhere considered.
