We are selling our Holiday lodge in Fort Augustus on the Loch Ness Lodge Retreat fully serviced site. The Lodge is fully furnished with all amenities and can accommodate 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double with en suite w.c., sink & bath and 1 x twin bed with 2 single beds. A family shower room with large walk in shower, open plan Kitchen and living space with integrated appliances and table and chairs. The lounge area incorporates a 5 seat curved double bed settee and a revolving armchair. Double patio doors lead out to the front decking area.
There is a spacious wrap around decking area with king and queen chairs.
The Hot Tub is within a decked pagoda sited privately to the side/ rear of the site.
Heating is provided by full gas radiator central heating to every room via a combi-boiler which also provides the hot water.
Site fees will apply which are currently £2000 + VAT per An.
Options exist to either use the lodge for private use or to generate an income from holiday letting either through the park owners who operate a full buy to let service which includes advertising and cleaning or privately with the agreement of the park owners.
It is the ideal stay- cation destination for exploring the Scottish highlands and is located next to the Fort Augustus Golf Course which operates an honesty box arrangement. The Caledonian Canal is within 2 minutes walking distance and in the heart of the village you will find many Shops, Cafes, restaurants and Pubs, cycle hire and boat trips allowing you to explore Loch Ness. Inverness is only a 45 drive minute away as is Fort William. Cairngorm and Kyle of Lochalsh can be reached within the hour.
