Learning Enrolment Advisor Hybrid Location: Hybrid/Birmingham Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP26,000 Why do we want you? Learning Enrolment Advisor About the role: You will work within the Learning Enrolment & Partner Relationship Team who are responsible for the recruitment of global learners, providing advice and guidance to enable prospective learners to identify the most appropriate course to achieve their learning requirements. In addition to this, as our Learning Enrolment Advisor you will be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service. Liaising with third party re-seller network ensuring they have access to resources. Having an excellent standard of product knowledge. Adhering to team s KPI and SLAs and demonstrating a commitment to continuously improve on service delivery. Working closely with the Learning Enrolment & Partner Relationship Manager to implement a learner recruitment strategy to identify, attract, select and engage prospective learner s. Converting inbound leads to sales to achieve enrolment targets and working closely with the Marketing Team on any targeted campaigns. Processing enrolments, including third party resellers, within identified process, ensuring compliance with SLA; sale terms and conditions; eligibility requirements; data protection and local tax regulations. Working with Learning Engagement Team to ensure the website course date information is accurate. Completion of Supplier contracts and providing any necessary documents as part of onboarding process Supporting Learning Enrolment & Partner Relationship Manager with any sales reporting as required. In order to be successful in this role you should be / have: Passion for providing incredible customer service. Confidence and good business acumen. Flexible and organised and can cope with conflicting demands and prioritise tasks. An excellent communicator both orally and in writing with the ability to listen and take instruction as well as give instruction as necessary. Enthusiastic and engaging and work as part of a team and willing to support others.
