I have a lrge cent heated 4bed terr. house in Basildon Essex,
From the entrance hall there are 3 doors that lead off, forward is the door to a large L shaped kitchen/diner in which Ive just put new kitchen (not usual council fitments) it's 15ft wide at its widest point + is app 19ft long, plenty of room for table & chairs, with a door leading to the garden and a door directly into the living room.
To the left of the hall is the door to a downstairs loo with sink , to the right is the lounge which is 11ft wide+ 15ft long, it was only decorated 9 months ago but my parrot took a taste for the wallpaper while out of his cage so has kindly removed a couple of areas for fun, though most people change the decor to their own taste anyway. ajoining the lounge is a small 12ft by 6ft garden room which I built onto the patio area, Im thinking of taking this with me as it's only screwed onto the walls with wooden framework+did cost me best part of £4-500 to build, but I am open to discussion,or leaving it if similar in new home.
Also in the hall are the stairs leading to upstairs where there are 2 dble +2 lrge single bedrooms, the dbles are 15ft by 8ft wide,one has been painted with various disney charactors right round, I painted them when my daughter was little and she refused to have it painted or wallpapered over.
The other double has cream painted wallpaper on three sides with one wall covered in a peach wallpaper.
The 2 good size single bedrooms are app.13ft by 6ft wide one has a cupboard with a shelf where the boiler is fitted, the shelf I put in the cupboard is about 5-6ft long.
The other single is a good size it does have wood effect tiled floor though unknown to me my daughter and some of her friends decided to give the dog a wash in there and a patch of them have broken loose and come up so l expect it will need replacing unless a carpet is going over it.
The garden is app.34ft wide+20ft long with wooden shed across the width of the garden at the bottom, the garden isnt at its best due to my having to deal with a poorly relative,+other family problems, but as the weather improves l will endeaver to give it a go.
There is a large tenant car park to the front, back and side of this estate and there's always a space.
This is a VERY quiet estate (except when the local foxes are searching for a mate but this only lasts for a few weeks)
There are a number of junior and primary schools all within a short walk from the house, the health centre is a 5min walk.
The shopping centre is also a 5 minute walk at the moment it is being upgraded to include a morrisons and a number of other shops, 2 chemists, 1 hairdressers, charity shop, a pub, launderette, so will cover most things, the main shopping centre is a 10 min bus ride or 5 min drive away, the bus stop is a few minutes walk from home, the train station is a 5min walk in the opposite direction and goes to Southend on sea , London Fenchurch st. and various places in between.
There are a number of attractions within a short drive or slightly longer bus rides, including Canvey Island with amusements and 2 nature reserves, Southend is only a 20 min drive or 40 min train ride away.
From about March onwards there are numerous feted, jumble sales, car boot sales etc.
I want to move right OUT of Essex preferably to anywhere around the Hampshire, New Forest, Windlesham, Windsor , or similar rural type areas l would prefer a large 3 bed with outbuildings or garage, prefer a home not on a busy road due to elderly relative.
l need to move as a matter of urgency so that l can get the support of friends to help me move in a relative with 1st stage Alzheimers and heart complications, I really need a rural , countryside type area due my having lung health issues. l am a serious mover and looking for same l am also open to secure and genuine multi swaps, l have had a lot of messing about and just want to get moving.
