our home is a large 2 bedroom first floor flat (only four flats more like a maisonette) we have a large back garden with 2 sheds and an inside shed the garden backs onto fields and a church, its lovely to listen to the church bells ! there are goats and sheep in the field and I often have chats to them over the fence! This is not a council estate, most of the properties are owned and its a lovely quiet area within walking distance of seal shops and close to seal, kemsing and otford schools. The living room is large and open plan with beautiful views over the otford hills to the front of the flat, and views of the fields from back of flat especially from my kitchen which is a good size. there is a large walk in wardrobe in main bedroom , new carpet put down in living room a few months ago. New worktops , cabinets and newly tiled in the large square kitchen. Newly tiled , decorated bathroom and new electric shower fitted . we are walking distance from seal village with coffee shop and recreational grounds and park. Parking out the front, lovely neighbours. Message me for more photos
not far from otford station for commuting. We are in no rush to move as we do love it here so will take our time waiting for the right home
We are looking for a 2 bedroom house/bungalow 20 miles radius of sevenoaks, staying in kent, not orpington/swanley/bromley would prefer rural and semi detached but we are open to looking at other properties if they dont perfectly match our criteria
