We are currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade under a renowned Head Chef to produce 3 AA Rosette dishes. The kitchen constantly strives to develop their ideas, taking inspiration from the best produce on offer.
The Place
Our client is a luxury 5-star hotel on the outskirts of Newbury which has a rich heritage of culinary excellence and classical cookery, delivering high standards of world-class cuisine. The hotel has a 3 AA Rosette restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner service, along with casual dining in the lounge bar and afternoon tea offering.
