Jointing Project Supervisor

Due to numerous exciting contract wins our client are expanding in all areas of the business.
We are looking for an experienced Jointing Project Supervisor. You will be hands on, self motivated and demonstrate the ability to lead from the front.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the effective planning and prioritisation of daily activities associated with Jointing Department.Provide feedback to company management on issues and any observed behaviours detrimental to the businessEnsure works are complete and meets the required quality standards including Client Specification and HAUCComplete work to agreed time scales and identify any deviations from estimate so approvals can be grantedMake sure all staff and contractors comply with company Health & Safety standards including site risk assessments and use all appropriate PPE and control risk with compliance with all induction and site safety rules including HSG47Drive compliance with NRSWA legislation and all codes of practise pertinent to the works activitiesCarry out Health & Safety audits on live sites, providing support and advise to operatives if on site. Liaise with office to ensure action register is updated and completed.Ensuring that the appropriate level of risk assessment has been carried out for the task. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year experience of assisting in electrical construction activities including:-
Excavation, backfilling and reinstatement including safe working in the vicinity of buried plantSigning, guarding, traffic management and NRSWA requirementsInstalling LV service cablesPrevious Jointing ExperienceWL1/WL2Experience in similar Supervisory/Foreman role of Civil Enginerring and cable works in the utilities sector.Must have the ability to identify risks and introduced sufficient controls to manage riskFull Clean driving licenceValid NRSWA certifiedValid CSCS CardGood general IT skills PLEASE NOTE:
