ABOUT THE ROLE
You will act as an onsite and offsite engineer for a set of clients and work closely with technical leads, account managers and other tech teams to deliver an IT vision which future proofs client systems. In this client-facing role you will act as our ambassador and you will help develop strong relationships based on trusted professional guidance.
This is a hybrid role, with you working on client sites 4 days a week and 1 day from home. Site visits are generally within walking distance from our Farringdon/Chancery Lane office in Zone 1 but we also look after clients across the UK and Worldwide.
YOUR BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
- 3 to 5 years' experience in IT support roles, ideally at an MSP
- Knowledge of Office 365; experience supporting Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint & Teams
- Proficient in supporting Windows 10 & 11 and Mac
- Experienced in Windows Server, including Active Directory Users & Computers, DNS, Event Viewer
- Worked with office networks, switches & WiFi
- Exposure to AVD, RDS, or Citrix desktops desirable
- MFA, Conditional Access, Microsoft Modern Desktop
- Mimecast
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Microsoft Certifications, i.e. Office 365 and Windows
- CompTIA A+, Network+
