Internal Sales Executive - Merseyside

Have you got experience in Sales or looking to start your career in sales? This company are looking for someone wanting to build their career in Sales to join their team immediately due to progressive growth and new business. This role is offering a salary of up to GBP25,000 depending on experience and is based in a fantastic location just outside of Liverpool City Centre.What will you be doing as an Internal Sales Executive:
The role will be supporting the internal & external sales teams in day–to–day functions such as:Preparing quotationsRecording all enquiries/discussions on the databaseEnsuring customers requirements are understood and communicatedProgressing orders / deliveries with production and external hauliersDeveloping and maintaining a professional customer relationshipMaximising revenue and profit for new and existing customersFollowing up quotations to convert to order and recording on ACTKeeping in touch with current and previous customers, checking when another requirement may arise.Handling customer complaints, advise appropriate solutions keep lines of communication open throughout to ensure speedy resolutionContacting potential customers to place new enquiriesCovering administrative duties where required We would like to hear from you if yu have the following skills:
