This Fuji Cross 1.1 2017 was bought in January of 2018 with the intention of it being my winter and commuter bike. It is quite a unique bike given it's groupset of Sram Force CX-1 HRD, which was Sram's first attempt at 1x in the Road / CX bike world, and was their highest level of 1x at the time, and wasn't manufactured for long. The derailleur is also the first generation of CX-1 and so takes up to a 42T cassette, later editions only accepted a 36T or 32T.
Largely due to it's groupset and wheels, this bike comes in at a low weight of 8.6kg (excluding pedals) but could be brought down further with carbon handlebars and a lighter saddle and tyres; i've had it as low as 8.4kg with pedals and accessories attached previously. The bike has been ridden in a variety of scenarios with a variety of tyre options, as it can accept up to around 40mm tyres, and could also accept 650B wheels with potentially larger tyres.
In June of 2022, many components were replaced including the BB bearings, wheel bearings, freehub, chain and cassette, meaning the bike is in excellent riding condition right now. It does have various scuffs and scratches due to it's use in all weathers and as a commuter bike, but they are all only cosmetic, with the bright paint job making any mark very visible; these should all be visible in the photos.
I am selling this bike as I have moved onto something else which suits my life better, however I have absolutely loved using this bike over the 5000miles i've ridden it; the bike is extremely fun and handles very well given it's long wheelbase. Included in the sale is all the parts related to this bike only (a list is below the bike spec), as they are of no use to me for the bike I have moved on to.
For reference of sizing, I am 181cm tall, with a reach of 173cm, and this bike fits me well with a 90mm stem and an inline seatpost; but a larger rider could easily fit it with a longer stem and setback in the seatpost, andf a shorter rider could fit it if their reach was longer than mine.
