Your new role
We are recruiting for the role of a Field Services Technician who will be responsible for onsite Cabling and Hardware duties at customer sites region wide. Working closely with existing Field Service Technicians and our customers, being apart of an excellent team who are progressive, flexible, supportive and logistically advanced.
Actively travelling to multiple customer cluster sitesCo-ordinate on site cabling and hardware installation duties, working with Core Network and Managed Hosting teams to ensure hardware is correctly deployed and connectivity is tested and reachable remotely.Always maintain a professional and disciplined approach when working within Exponential-e Client Premises, Data Centre's & Telephone Exchanges.3 months in you'll be up to speed and in full motion of the projects seeing your work to completion in real time. Experience with Copper CablingExperience in a field-based roleConfident with toolsFlexible on travel and working away with a \"can do\" attitudeExcellent communication skillsPersonal Responsibility in delivering Excellence What we offer
