2 vacant dog walking fields with planning permission are available to rent for professional dog walkers.
The fields will be approximately 2.0 and 2.1 acres in size and have been sown to grass. We already have 2 dog-walking fields, that are tenanted, but now have planning consent to create two more on our land to the west.
The new fields will be fenced to the same specs as the two existing dog-walking fields.
The plots are accessible directly from the B800.
Access is secured by a locked gate. Service connection for water will be made available on-site and will be recharged as part of the lease agreement.
Location: on the west side of the B800 Queensferry Rd, just north of the bridge under the M90. See map and Google Eath images.
Note: we currently have 2 dog walking fields, of 2 acres each, that are tenanted, one of which can be seen from the road. We now have permission to create 2 additional dog-walking fields, adjacent to the first two.
NB the Google Earth imagery was taken in 2017 before the land was seeded to grass and before the first two fields were fenced.
Google Earth shows the location of Run Free -an entirely separate enterprise.
NB we cannot allow our fields to be sublet or rented out at an hourly rate.
They are for professional dog walkers to bring their client’s dogs to.
Our fields are accessed on the same road, but on the other side of the M9.
