Dog Walker/Team Member (RBKC)

Hello!
I am looking for a reliable and hard working person to fill the role of Dog Walker (small, medium and large dogs) on an ad hoc basis initially, moving to part-time and then full time, in due course.
~ Summary ~
Must be hardworking, reliable and trustworthy.
Must be flexible with working hours.
Must speak fluent English.
Must be reasonably fit as plenty of walking involved.
Keen to get involved in the business long-term, not just as a dog walker.
Live locally around Kensington and Chelsea area.
Must be a dog lover, responsible and comfortable with the care of dogs (up to 6 at a time), including cleaning up after dogs. Experience is not essential.
Enjoy meeting new clients on a regular basis with enthusiasm.
Enjoy working outdoors.
Forward thinking person with ideas.
If you commit to the role long-term, there is great potential for you to grow your responsibilities and pay.
Driving Licence preferred but not essential.
There is great potential here for you to not just be a dog walker but eventually involved in the running of the business, with time. If you commit to the business long-term, there is potential for you to gain your driving licence, through the business.
Your dog walking duties will involve traveling locally to meet clients, collecting their dog/s and then taking them for local walks around the borough of Kensington and Chelsea (typically for around 1 hour) before returning them to their owners.
Due to the nature of the role. I require a reliable, hardworking, trustworthy and forward thinking person. You must have a love for dogs and enjoy their company whilst putting their comfort and safety as a priority. You must also enjoy working outdoors, whatever the weather, rain, wind or shine.
Don't feel alone, I too will be working outdoors with you too!
The work is Monday-Friday with occasional overtime on the weekends (optional)
There is great potential for you to earn more than the basic pay as we have target-focused bonuses.
This is initially a self-employed role with you being taken on as an employee after a while.
The role is demanding but very rewarding if you put the effort in. You will receive help and guidance throughout.
